Responsibilities- Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand Verizon’s network.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete up‑to‑bottom sales solution.
- Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on location and experience. In addition, you can earn up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers may earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, bringing total earnings to potentially $65,000 or $75,500 annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule is known four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods such as summer, November‑December, and vacation seasons.
- Equally desirable: experience in a commission‑based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
This worksite‑based role requires you to work onsite at a defined location(s).
