Xfinity Sales Professional; XSP

Job Summary

Responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. Focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. Utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales and/or winbacks.

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively.
• Evaluating individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED.

  2–5 Years.

Base compensation: $35,104.88. Commission Target: $44,000. (Total Target Compensation $79,104.)
