Position:
Technical Liaison – North America Product Portfolio. This role serves as the primary technical liaison for technical, quality, or regulatory issues for customers located within the designated territory and the North American region. Responsibilities include providing technical support for the North America product portfolio, new product implementations, internal and external training, and customer seminars. The role collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, R&R, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams as well as the sales organization to identify business opportunities, execute strategies, and ensure product application consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary technical liaison for technical, quality, or regulatory issues for customers in the assigned territory and North America region.
  • Provide technical support for the North America product portfolio, new product implementations, and customer seminars.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, R&R, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to address issues.
  • Identify business opportunities and communicate with Account Manager and Sales.
  • Execute business strategies for increased revenues, revenue protection, and increased margins.
  • Coordinate activities to maintain product application consistency and optimize business opportunities.
  • Assist with the development or modification of technical education and product training to ensure a uniform high standard of training.
  • Provide training to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Lead or contribute to new product implementations.
  • Serve as a communication channel for the sales organization to relay customer feedback and opportunities.
  • Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • Maintain proficiency and technical knowledge of Haemonetics’ existing product portfolio and competitive products.
  • Participate in implementation of strategies developed by North American Haemostasis Management Sales and Marketing to achieve sales results.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Bilingual English/French highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or another technical discipline (desired).
  • Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time and occasionally to Canada.
  • Valid US Passport.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer product integration and training preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Transparency:
The base pay will take into account location, education, job knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this role is $78,400.00‑$ per year. Incentives may be provided as part of employee compensation.

Benefits include a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match, employee stock purchase plan, flexible time off for salaried employees, vacation accrual for hourly employees, paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and standard health and welfare benefits.
