Job Overview
Supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. Builds product knowledge, demonstrates technology solutions, and assists customers throughout their shopping journey. Focuses on customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations to enhance customer experience and achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
- Perform other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Hourly base pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑job training and eligibility for hourly training pay. After completion, promotion to Mobile Expert role and eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year (actual incentives vary based on performance).
