Data Pivot Technologies, Inc., a fast growing Boston Area tech company, is looking for a multi-talented Sales Leader to join and lead our sales team. Data Pivot has achieved 10 straight years of sales and profit growth, come be a part of the next 10. The right candidate must be able to perform all aspects of sales leadership and sales management within an already high functioning/growing sales team.
We are steadily expanding our portfolio and team and strong leadership is required as we scale.
Greater Boston and New England - New England focus with occasional East Coast Travel
Requirements- Strong industry and client relationships
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Professional appearance, presentation and communication skills appropriate for B2B, C-level & Enterprise Selling
- Individuals should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience selling Enterprise IT solutions and a successful sales track record of managing accounts and people in a growth business environment.
- Critical skills necessary such as performing account planning and strategy with an extended team
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10+ years experience in technology sales
- 10+ years experience in field customer facing sales
- Experience selling technology hardware or software products in A B2B environment
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to large companies
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Willingness to travel frequently regionally and occasionally across East and Central Time zones
- Excellent in person communication and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills and reporting skills
- Hardworking and motivated
- Ability to consistently follow up and follow through
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data sets
- Clear, concise, and accurate written communication
- Driven self starter who hits their goals
