Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Neurology; Rare Disease - England

Responsibilities /

Essential Job Functions:

• Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products and services to physicians and other medical personnel in assigned geography; professionally represent the company and maintain high visibility/customer service.
• Promote and educate specialty physicians on appropriate use of rare disease products via one‑on‑one meetings, group presentations, and company‑approved speaker programs.
• Meet territory product sales and activity goals; ensure ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations.
• Execute company‑approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.
• Support targeted customers/accounts using approved resources and promotional initiatives.
• Manage/maintain company equipment and compliant promotional materials (sales materials, literature, product samples, etc.).
• Execute territory sales strategy using business plans and required sales reports; attend company‑sponsored sales/medical meetings.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional sales development.

• BA/BS required.
• 2+ years promoting rare disease products (plus 5–7+ years successful pharmaceutical sales experience).
• Valid US state‑issued driver’s license.

• Strong sales process knowledge; proven sustained high sales performance.
• Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, self‑starter, problem solving, organization, adaptability, professionalism, written/verbal communications, analytical skills, multi‑tasking, decision‑making, accountability.

Periodic evening/weekend work as needed; periodic overnight travel; travel up to 70%.

Anticipated base salary range: $110,000 to $190,000.
