The Granite Group is seeking a CASST team member to support showroom sales associates after a sale has closed. This full-time role can work out of any Granite Group branch, with dedicated office space.
You will scan orders, monitor status, update customers, coordinate deliveries, and assist with returns and warranty issues while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction across the Granite Group network.
