Insurance Producer

Horace Mann seeks an Insurance Producer to provide tailored auto, home, life, and supplemental insurance solutions to K-12 educators and school employees. Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with K-12 educators and school employees
• Assess client insurance and retirement needs through consultative discussions
• Recommend and present tailored auto, home, life, and supplemental insurance solutions
• Close sales while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards
• Manage policy renewals and cross-sell additional coverage where appropriate
• Support clients through policy changes and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet sales and activity targets
• Collaborate with internal underwriting and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in community and school-based outreach events to build presence
• Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance requirements
