Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, patients, and/or staff, and supporting security-related protocols for the location.;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response procedures when appropriate.;
Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with staff and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, visitor issues, or unusual activity.;
Complete required logs, reports, and front desk documentation, and report incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management
