Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor for unusual conditions, potential hazards, and policy violations; document observations and complete required incident reports accurately and promptly;
Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, supporting visitor management procedures, and communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership
