We are a growing fence company looking for a hands-on Lead Fence Installer to run a two-man crew and help us continue delivering high-quality installations.

This is a full-time employed position
, not subcontract work.

• Lead and work alongside a two-man crew installing all types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, pipe, etc.)
• Ensure jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and professionally
• Load materials, manage the jobsite, and complete installs on schedule
• Communicate with the office as needed regarding job progress or issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

• Minimum 3 years of fence installation experience
• Proven ability to lead a crew and get jobs done right
• Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work every day
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
