Key Responsibilities:
- Operate directional boring equipment for underground utility installations
- Support foremen and supervisors with daily tasks and project execution
- Operate heavy equipment including trenchers, plows, backhoes, and skid steers (Bobcats)
- Use hand and power tools such as tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws as needed
- Work alongside field crews to assist with the completion of construction activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Comply with all DOT regulations, including physical and drug screening requirements
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of underground utility installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and work orders
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and follow instructions
- Flexibility to travel as needed is a plus

Salary:
- Competitive Pay Rate: $24 - $29/hr
