We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator who will receive paid training and work safety‑first while operating heavy equipment and assisting with general labor. The role reports to a Foreman and involves working on job sites across North America.

• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, trencher, paver, dozer, milling saw, road grader, hydro‑excavator, track hoe and more safely.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Perform daily pre‑shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain regular maintenance and cleaning of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all required operator qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year experience safely operating equipment in close proximity to workers and underground utilities.

• Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions.
• All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; fluency in English is required.
• Work includes prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead, up to 50 lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, feeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment.
• Safety requires quick/accurate hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness.

• Pass pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
• Provide valid U.S. work authorization documents for U‑Verify.
• Achieve satisfactory results on pre‑employment background checks.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass pre‑employment medical fit‑for‑duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card.
• Join and maintain Union membership.
