STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Springfield, MA area. This project is scheduled to run from June to mid-September and has the potential to lead to a full‑time position.
To be considered for the position, candidates:- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
- Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience as outlined below.
- Must be able to work overtime hours (which may include nights and/or weekends).
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.
- Concrete repair
- Caulking
- Traffic coating
- Concrete demolition
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Masonry
- Formwork / carpentry
- Rebar replacement
- Expansion joints
Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $30-$45 per hour (depending on level of relevant experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!
