The Role:
Apprentice Level 1
You will work on-site at various residential locations, assisting in all aspects of electrical wiring and installations. This is a high-production role for someone who excels at execution and efficiency.
- Execute Installs: Assist in performing residential installations (panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting retrofits, etc.) with precision and cleanliness.
- Site Management: Maintain a "Kuhlman" quality job site. This includes wearing booties in homes, vacuuming debris, and removing all trash at the completion of every job.
- Logistics & Efficiency: Manage truck stock and organization to ensure the team is always ready for the next installation.
- Time Management: Utilize our field software to accurately log travel and work hours.
- Professionalism: Be the face of the company. Provide respectful, professional communication with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Completion of 75 hours or more of an accredited Electrical school program.
- Experience: 6 months or more of residential electrical work experience with a good understanding of NEC code

Skills:
Familiarity with "old work" environments—fishing wires, retrofitting, and troubleshooting existing homes. - Tools & Tech: Possession of basic hand tools and a smartphone to operate our field software
. - Reliability: You show up ready to work, follow the schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), and take pride in meeting project deadlines.
