This role includes managing individual workloads, collaborating with operations and facilities personnel, and assisting in the training and development of HVAC/R apprentices. Applicants must complete a refrigeration trade school program and hold a valid refrigeration license. Strong communication, teamwork, and management skills are essential for success in this position.
