Job Type: Full-Time

Hampden HVAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Service Technician to take the lead on service calls and field operations. This hands-on role is ideal for a seasoned technician ready to step into a leadership position, mentor junior techs, and ensure top-tier service delivery for residential and light commercial clients.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems
• Lead service calls and coordinate on-site activities
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and service
• Support and train junior technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation using mobile tools
• Adhere to safety standards and client contract requirements

• 5+ years of professional HVAC service experience
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (required by client contracts)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience supervising or mentoring field staff
• Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile dispatch apps
