We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee installations for both residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety. Familiarity with Service Titan and managing a crew is essential to this role, along with excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, crew members, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of HVAC installers on various installation projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, and mini‑split systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage crew schedules and performance, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Service Titan to track job progress, manage work orders, and update project statuses.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with clients throughout the project.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Valid EPA certification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.a>
- Familiarity with Service Titan or other HVAC management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass an eVerify check for I‑9 employment eligibility.
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $37.50 to $47.00 per hour (based on experience).
