SERVICE

• Responding to service calls as directed by Dispatch team and/or Service Department Manager.
• Handling service calls confidently by providing general HVAC‑R installation, repair and service at various business locations.
• Communicate results of service call to customer in a professional and clear manner; completing service call paperwork in a detailed, thorough and timely manner.
• This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions, with weekday and weekend on‑call (rotating) responsibilities.
• Use of our online mobile work order system.
• Attend training classes as designated.
• This position requires proficiency in web browsing, email applications and computer knowledge.

• High School, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the HVAC‑R trade
• Complete knowledge of current HVAC‑R practices and codes
• Appropriate license(s) as required by state or municipality
• Valid driver’s license, with safe driving record

• Dependable, reliable and punctual; strong attention to detail, showing pride in work
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Meets commitments, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
• Professional communication skills, ability to interact professionally
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
