Electrical / Mechanical Technician – Springfield, Massachusetts

We are hiring an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to support production equipment maintenance. The position is a 12‑hour night shift (8 pm–8 am), with overtime available and a compressed work week.

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on high‑speed production equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor systems.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently or as part of a team, prioritizing workload based on production needs.
• Assist with predictive maintenance and solve problems systematically.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Self‑starter capable of working independently or team member.
• Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with 110/220/480 V power.
• Experience with AC/DC motors, predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment, milling, lathe, welding, plumbing is preferred.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
