FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN I

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who can provide best‑in‑class service for our retail customers. If you are tech‑savvy, mechanically inclined, and eager to support large retailers, this role offers hands‑on training, a supportive learning community, and the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships.

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, and system overhauls.
• Organize, triage customer issues, and resolve problems before they escalated.

• Hourly pay range: $17.00 to $20.83 based on location and experience.
• Overtime available at time and a half.
• 7 paid holidays + 6 floating holidays.
• Paid vacation up to 80 hours in the first year.

• Local candidate for the Worcester, MA area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts, including holidays.
• Carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75lbs unassisted, up to 150lbs with assistance.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand use.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, or N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
