Stabilization Caseworker

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Stabilization Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing division.

The Family Case Worker actively supports the philosophy of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to program families. The primary focus is to assist families recently placed in permanent housing to maintain the stability of their tenancies, while also providing a supportive relationship to clients in need of services that address mental health, substance use, and other collateral issues, and working with families and staff to assure compliance with HomeBASE regulations and program guidelines.

• Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co‑occurring populations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check
• Approved criminal background check (CORI)

Pay rate is $21.00/hr benefit package includes dental, health and life insurance, paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays.
