YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Direct Service Advocate to support adult, teen, and child program participants in their residential programs. You will provide crisis intervention, counseling, and ensure adherence to shelter rules and guidelines.
Successful candidates should have an Associate's degree and experience in human services, particularly familiar with the issues surrounding domestic violence. This position requires working Friday and Saturday nights.
