YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Service Advocate for the Holyoke Young Parent Program. This full-time role involves providing support, advocacy, and role modeling for adult and child program participants in residential programs, particularly 2nd shift hours (3 PM – 11 PM).
The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling, with a focus on domestic violence survivors, and the ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment for all residents. Tasks include safety checks, life skills support, and facility upkeep.
