Qualifications & Skills- Active and valid Massachusetts SLP license (please provide a screenshot as proof)
- Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background checks
- Reliable transportation for consistent onsite presence
- Bilingual proficiency and experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Punctual, dependable, and strong communicator
- Ability to quickly adapt and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and tailored interventions
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all school district protocols
- Communicate effectively in both English and a second language with students and families
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
- Make a daily impact with students in a positive and inclusive environment
- Work a school-year schedule with holidays and weekends free
- Grow professionally in a supportive setting alongside experienced colleagues
