• Working closely with families in implementing strategies related to understanding and managing feelings, learning to interact effectively with family members, helping the family to understand how best to support the youth, and making referrals and linkages to services and supports.
• Meet twice weekly (or as otherwise indicated) with the family to implement skills‑development strategies in a home‑based or community setting (outreach).
• Provide support to the family in carrying out the safety plan and accessing crisis support as needed.

• Minimum of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university & 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must have knowledge of diagnoses, community resources, parent education, & child/family‑serving systems.
