We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine. Full‑time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay‑on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period. Highly competitive rates and incentives are available for outpatient services provided on‑site at one of our five locations across Massachusetts.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user‑friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Independent Clinical License must be obtained within two years.
• Current license in Massachusetts is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Must be able to provide services in‑office at one of our Massachusetts locations (North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a high‑speed secure internet connection is required.

• Full‑time salary: $60,000–$70,000. Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.
