Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Full-time (Monday‑Friday, Day Shifts)

The Job Coach supervises participants with developmental disabilities in a community‑integrated employment setting. Responsibilities include cleaning office buildings, maintenance and basic landscaping at 24/7 residential programs and Service Net office properties. The role may require additional duties beyond normal responsibilities from time to time.

The Mobile Work Crew is supported by Job Coaches to help ensure that each member learns the skills necessary to complete the job correctly. The program serves as a training ground for people with developmental disabilities to gain work experience and earn meaningful wages.

• Familiarity with power equipment such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, and snowblowers
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience working with the DBIS adult population or other disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Successful completion of a background check (CORI/Fingerprint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
