South-Middlesex-Opportunity-Council is seeking a Case Manager - Recovery Coach to provide recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder and help them achieve sustained recovery. The CMRC will maintain ongoing client support, address ambivalence, and act as a motivator.
The role requires completing Recovery Coach Academy training, CARC designation within 12 months, and bilingual Spanish language skills. A valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
