The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee its Outpatient Continuum of Care Pine Street location. With nearly 50 years of experience in serving people in the community, CHD prioritizes our emphasis on a continuum of care with a holistic, whole person view of staff and clients alike. This location is sensitive to the unique needs of individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement and/or substance use.
Your role as a Clinical Supervisor you will:Working in partnership with the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily operations, support clinical decision-making and maintain community relationships. While some experience making databased decisions in preferred, we are invested in building the skills and confidence of emerging leaders both at the clinical and administrative fronts. Of note, CHD is dedicated to learning programs for various disciplines as having students on site keeps us pushing towards excellence with emerging knowledge.
QualificationsRequired:
- Degree in Behavioral Health. Must have LMHC for at least 3 years or have an LICSW
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Comfort with data driven decisions
- Harm-reduction orientation to all kinds of care
- Bilingual encourage to apply
- Approved driving record check and criminal background check (CORI)
The right candidate will be familiar with the regional culture and/or willing to immerse themselves in the program and regional community. CHD’s care continuum across the lifespan includes residential, crisis stabilization, substance use and clinic based services; medical care is an essential component given the heightened vulnerability of the people we serve. Harm-reduction is our first approach to all care. A person familiar with behavioral health medical homes and/or integrated care will mesh seamlessly with our teams.
Understanding evidence-based practices including MI, ACRA, DBT and EMDR will support success in coaching staff and clients towards the right level of treatment and commitment to career long learning is an essential feature of CHD team members.
We are offering a competitive pay starting at $85,000 and the rate of pay will commensurate with experience.
