Recovery Coach Supervisor
The Recovery Coach Supervisor is an integral part of the OTP/OBOT team who identify as former recipients of recovery services who now use that experience to provide individual and group support to individuals served and their families. The role of Recovery Coach Supervisors includes supervising Recovery Coaches, networking and collaborating with internal and external providers, and maintaining a small caseload of recoverees.
Provides effective leadership and supervision of staff in accordance with BHN's performance management standards.
Ensures Recovery Coach compliance with program standards and requirements.
Takes the lead on the development, implementation, and management of recovery coaching initiatives and projects.
Facilitates and maintains collaboration and consultation with internal and external service providers to meet individuals served needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides crisis management support to individuals served helping to reduce the risk of harm to self or others.
Responsible for the effective onboarding of staff.
High School Diploma or GED required
Must have completed 40-hour Recovery Coach Academy training by BSAS approved provider
Must have 2 years of experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders
Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Completion of CADAC program
Valid driver's license, registered, insured and reliable vehicle is required
Lived experience of being in recovery is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PAY: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
