The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Service Advocate to support residents in our domestic violence shelter. This second-shift, full-time role involves conducting shelter intakes, crisis intervention, documenting records, and providing counseling and guidance to participants from arrival through their stay.
You will work within a trauma-informed team, enforce shelter rules, coordinate with staff, and participate in monthly meetings.
