Sr. Cloud Engineer; Identity & Security

Position

Sr. Cloud Engineer (Identity & Security) – Onsite, Framingham, MA 01701.

• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization systems using OAuth2 and OIDC.
• Develop and deploy secure, scalable microservices in a containerized environment.
• Define and enforce security best practices and cryptographic standards.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor services using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Work with cross-functional teams (firmware, mobile, compliance) to ensure end‑to‑end security.
• Partner with offshore QA team for test strategy and security validation.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for enterprise‑wide identity systems across multiple product lines.
• Ability to hit the ground running from Day 1 in a fast‑paced, critical project.
• Strong ownership mindset with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of cryptographic concepts such as AES, RSA, symmetric/asymmetric key management, authentication and authorization development using OIDC and OAuth
  2.0 protocols and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
• Deep understanding of applied cryptography (e.g. ECDHE, secure key exchange mechanisms).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with programming languages such as Python and GoLang.
• Hands‑on experience with Postgres or Cockroach
  
  DB.
• Good knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs implementation.
• Familiarity with Azure AD B2C (Microsoft identity platform) for identity and access management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Fully onsite; must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
