- Foster a high‑trust environment where engineers take ownership and drive proactive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, security, compliance, architecture, and leadership to ensure the platform meets evolving organizational needs.
- Enhance observability, monitoring, and reliability practices across the platform stack.
- Support on‑call rotations by contributing expert guidance when needed.
- 3–4+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a track record of hands‑on technical leadership.
- Strong background in AWS cloud environments.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and infrastructure automation.
- Working knowledge of ArgoCD, Helm, and modern CI/CD pipelines (Argo preferred).
- Experience with observability systems (specific stack flexible).
- Ability to diagnose complex system issues and drive structured problem‑solving.
- Comfort with — and advocacy for — AI‑powered engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring technical clarity to complex topics.
- Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
