You’ll sit with customers, learn their workflows deeply, and turn that into shipped software — living at the intersection of product, engineering, and the customer.
What you’ll do- Embed with customer teams to understand how they work with patient data day to day
- Deploy AI into real customer environments — ingesting information from many systems and sources
- Get voice AI and real-time reasoning working reliably in production
- Be the technical voice with customers, and their voice back inside the team
- 4+ years of software engineering (Python, Type Script, Java, C#, or Go)
- Strong integration skills — APIs, data pipelines, third-party platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Excellent communication; comfortable leading technical conversations with customers
- High agency, and willing to travel to customer sites as needed
- LLM / agentic workflow experience (RAG, tool use, evals)
- Healthcare data experience (HIPAA, PHI, FHIR/HL7)
- Familiarity with pharma patient support, hub, or specialty pharmacy
