The Position: The Customer Experience Specialist, known as a "Deck Ambassador," works poolside at our swim school. This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience. Deck Ambassadors are needed at our pools in Chesapeake (Western Branch/Chesapeake Square area), Norfolk (near airport), and Virginia Beach locations.
