We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive FLEET COORDINATOR to play a critical role in ensuring our fleet operates at optimal availability, cost-efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

This role is responsible for the effective planning, tracking, and maintenance of vehicles, while supervising the fleet team and enforcing standards that minimise downtime, risk, and operational disruption.

ACCURACY

You are able to work in a highly detailed and orderly manner, consistently double-checking fleet records, licensing documentation, maintenance logs, and reports to ensure information is correct and reliable. You prevent errors before they occur and understand that inaccurate data can lead to compliance risks, financial loss, or operational disruption.

PLANNING

You are able to plan ahead, prioritise effectively, and organise multiple fleet activities s includes scheduling vehicle maintenance, managing licensing renewals, coordinating vehicle allocations, and anticipating operational demands to ensure fleet availability and minimal downtime.

DEVOTION TO QUALITY

You consistently uphold high standards and do not cut corners. You ensure vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and maintained to a high standard, recognising that quality maintenance directly reduces breakdowns, incidents, and long-term costs.

DUTIFULNESS

You take responsibility for seeing tasks through from start to finish and honour commitments, deadlines, and procedures. You reliably follow fleet policies, compliance requirements, and operational processes, even when under pressure or when tasks are repetitive or inconvenient.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR

THE ROLE ARE:

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fleet, logistics, or automotive operations, preferably within a car rental or multi-branch environment

Computer literate, with working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using fleet management systems for tracking vehicles, costs, and compliance
