Delivery Driver – Springfield, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts to customers or businesses on specified routes and schedules.
• Ensure orders are correct and complete; review receipts before and after delivery.
• Follow dispatcher directions, use navigation apps and alternate routes as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading items at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling questions and complaints professionally.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare invoices, reconcile cash and credit, and complete daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Perform additional store/warehouse duties and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, aged 21 or older.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds (75 lbs required for Auto Body Parts).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Manage and reconcile money transactions accurately.
• Use tablet/mobile device for navigation, routing, tracking and signature capture.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Follow directions and work cooperatively within a team.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work overtime.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Meet all listed requirements to be eligible.
