Seasonal Non-CDL Local Driver

Location: Hopkinton, MA – 12 Parkwood Drive, Hopkinton, 01748

Pay: $24 - $25 per hour plus bonuses

Work Hours: Dayshift, full-time (40 hrs weekly)

• Make deliveries using the most effective routes to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are secure and hazardous materials separated.
• Collect payments and accurately document delivery.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (FMCSR).
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Ensure vehicle is clean and presentable daily.
• Increase job and product knowledge continuously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• MVR and pre‑employment screening indicating no more than two combined violations and at‑fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PCs and material handling equipment (preferred).
• Moffett, Skelly, or Air Brake experience a plus.
