Job Summary

Road Driver – TForce Freight, a subsidiary of TFI International. Join our growing logistics team to transport freight across regional and non‑regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently to various locations.
• Secure cargo properly before departure.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all local, state and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions.
• Communicate with dispatch management regarding schedules, delays, and issues.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in the resident state.
• Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent customer service skills and dedication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Meeting all DOT and Company requirements; safe performance of essential job functions.
• Complete 10‑year employment history for application (per FMCSA regulations).
