Job Overview

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Springfield, MA. This full‑time position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

• Pay: $1,000 or more per week (hourly rate $25.00 per hour)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Home Time:
  Local – Home Daily
• Route:
  Shuttle equipment between Ryder customer facilities
• Freight:
  No‑touch, empty trailers for equipment shuttle transfer movement

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and logs; perform continuous training and deliver customer service
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Detect, minimize, and eliminate safety hazards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements; verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
• • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• • 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
• • 5 years experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years), DOT physical, and Ryder road test
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions; read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
