Position Overview
CDL-A Regional Truck Driver
More Home Time. Better Balance.
Compensation & Benefits- Starting rate: $0.65 CPM (loaded and empty)
- Additional $0.03 CPM for 2,400+ miles per week
- Weekly pay: $1,430 – $1,900
- Yearly pay increases
- Average 2,200 – 2,800 miles per week
- 5 – 5.5 days on road, home 34 – 48 hours weekly
- Detention/breakdown pay available
- Dedicated customers with consistent freight lanes: PA, NJ, DE, NY, VT, CT, MA, ME, NH, NYC optional
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance after 60 days
- 401(k) with company match
- $20,000 life insurance
- New PTO incentive: increase paid time off in first year
- Full benefits package
- Valid CDL A license
- 9 months of verifiable Class A experience in last 3 years
- Experience with Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker
- Consistent Class A driving experience
- Safe driving record
