Responsibilities
- Promote good public relations and customer service among Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) Financial Services staff and all individuals having business with this office.
- Assist with the financial services staff assigned to region to comply with polices of National Office and AGWM policies.
- Give counsel and guidance on complex and sensitive issues involved in the financial activities of the region.
- Continually strive to streamline the work flow process consulting with manager regarding feasibility and conformity to audit controls, IRS regulations, AGWM.
- Become familiar and gain expertise with all related AGWM computer programs.
- Maintain and monitor individual, ministry and work accounts, including opening and closing of accounts.
- Process various reports.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all sensitive areas.
- Accounting degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- Supervisory experience helpful.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- General office skills.
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Data entry.
- Customer service.
