Job Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant

Pay: $45,760-$62,000

Hours: Weekdays with flexible hours, hybrid schedule

• As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing billing and receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records.
• You'll work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, update customer billing information, and handle various A/R duties that keep the cash flow running smoothly.
• Analyze, review, and enter credits into the internal system, verifying the accuracy of all information
• Setup new account information in the billing system, ensuring seamless account creation
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable to the General Ledger to maintain accurate records
• Update customer accounts with new billing details, generate miscellaneous non-rental invoices, and respond to billing inquiries
• Assist with other Accounts Receivable duties as needed to support department operations

• 2+ years of accounting or business experience, or a relevant college education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of Billing processes and customer communication skills (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
