Data Entry/Accountant

Our accounting department is growing! We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with our accounting department. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication/computer skills. Accounting knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude, however, is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full accounting cycle for multiple types of properties
• Assist accounting firms, banks, and other financial professionals with producing and finalizing multiple monthly financial documents
• Communicate with vendors, residents, and managers on a daily basis.
• Work in a professional and interactive corporate office

• Clear communication skills

• Desire to learn new skills
• Good computer skills with a knowledge of accepted bookkeeping and spreadsheet practices
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
• Dependable
• Knowledge of Property Management Programs is desired but not required
