Are you passionate about client service and leveraging your accounting expertise to make a real impact? As a Client Accounting Manager at Accounting Plus, you'll play a vital role in supporting our valued clients' financial success. Working directly with the Controller/CFO within our dynamic Plus Pod team, you will become a trusted advisor and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
Top Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and addressing their accounting needs.
- Manage all aspects of client accounting within Quick Books Online (QBO), including monthly reconciliations, sales tax filings, and 1099 preparation.
- Oversee payroll processing, administration, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding their accounts, providing updates and addressing any inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition of their financial data.
- Maintain a high volume of client work, effectively managing your time to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data, providing clients with reliable information to support their business decisions.
- Execute payroll flawlessly, minimizing errors and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial statements, enabling Controllers, CFOs, and clients to make informed financial decisions.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private or public accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books Online.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
