All positions are on-site in Springfield, Missouri. No remote work.

• Support Administrator-led meetings, which includes the preparation of the agenda, support documents, minutes and publishing action items.
• Manage email and other communication on behalf of the Administrator.
• Collaborate and communicate with the Administration Team and other high-level administrative support staff from other departments.
• Provide complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf of the Administrator and team.
• Light project management.
• Expense reporting on behalf of the Administrator.

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• College-level Human Resources courses helpful.
• Two to five years experience supporting senior level leaders.
• Secretarial training preferred.
• PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Expensify).
• Simple project management experience.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• Proven written and verbal skills.
• Excellent phone skills.
