• Coordinate with the Administrative Assistant to review monthly charges and submit journal entry requests.
• Maintain Eurasia office missionary and missionary associate rolodex files.
• Maintain the calendar and appointments for the Regional Director, including but not limited to dates of various committees, field fellowship meetings, etc.
• Coordinate all meeting arrangements for the Regional Director and Area Director's both on and off site in collaboration with Convention Services.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer according to need.
• Place conference calls, outgoing local and overseas calls. Record and transcribe where advisable, follow through on any requests.

• High school graduate.
• Minimum one year secretarial experience.
• PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access).
• Data Entry.
• Receptionist.
• Customer Service Skills.
• General Office Skills.
