Description:
Support Administrator-led meetings, which includes the preparation of the agenda, support documents, minutes and publishing action items.
Manage email and other communication on behalf of the Administrator.
Collaborate and communicate with the Administration Team and other high-level administrative support staff from other departments.
Provide complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf of the Administrator and team.
Light project management.
Expense reporting on behalf of the Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- College-level Human Resources courses helpful.
- Two - Five years experience supporting senior level leaders.
- Secretarial training preferred.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Expensify).
- Simple project management experience.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Proven written and verbal skills.
- Excellent phone skills.
