General FunctionThis person will support Contribution Management with gift processing.
Description of Primary Duties- Focus on the preparation of auction spreadsheets (in Excel) for posting.
- Support the daily operations of University Advancement’s CRM.
- Assist with constituent data updates in the CRM.
- Create tasks in CRM and complete tasks in CRM.
- Detail orientated and knowledgeable in the use of computerized management information systems (databases) or able to learn.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Keyboarding and data entry skills.
Employment will require a criminal background check at University expense.
